Step: I
First take a white paper, black lead pencil and eraser. Draw with the soft hand draw the outline of the sea-pirate

Step: II
It's not necessory that your pirate should match to the given above, but try to draw with smooth rounded curves.

Step: III
Draw the parrot with two circle, one over the other, with soft hand. Avoid the use the eraser.

Step: IV
On completion of outline, use water-color or pencil/crayons to color the image. Erase the extra lines after coloring the image.

Step: I
The curves as shown in the above sketch using lead pencil with very light lines / soft hand.

Step: II
Now draw the ears and the eye ball. Isn't easy!

Step: III
Use appropriate colors to fill the area. Take your time and complete the image with patience. Slow and step by step drawing habbit produces the best results. Never draw an image in a single sitting.
