We provide this though custom made furniture which we store and maintain at our Cardiff, UK warehouse. Our clients then rent the furniture back on an “exhibition by exhibition bases”. When our clients require their exhibition furniture, our teams of experienced installers prepare, deliver and fit the furniture at venues throughout Europe. Using our own fleet of delivery vehicles we can we can ensure that the highest possible standards are always achieved delivering on time every time.

We are one of the UK’s largest Ghost Chair Hire Companies with extensive stocks of both the Louis Ghost Chair and the Victoria Ghost Chair. These Ghost Chairs are manufactured by Kartell in Italy. Ghost Chairs will transform your event and create that magical “wow factor”. These Ghost Chairs are very popular at weddings, private parties and corporate events.

At Exhibithire we always provide a comprehensive service. Each ghost chair is meticulously checked and polished prior to delivery. We will deliver the ghost chairs and install them around your tables or whatever layout you require. As soon as the event ends we will then collect the chairs and return them to our warehouse.

These range from the standard or traditional conference chairs such as the Aura Chair, to the Louis Ghost Chair by Kartell. The Louis Ghost Chair is perhaps more appealing for conferences and meetings that require something special, where you want to create a lasting impression. The Louis Ghost Chairs are available in transparent polycarbonate which will coordinate with any colour scheme. Another popular hire chair is the Series 7 chair by Fritz Hansen. This hire chair provides a very simple yet visually impressive setting. The series 7 chairs are available in black, white and beech. The Aura Chair is available in black.
