Exhibition and Trade Show Websites
Our content management product, SHOWOFF, is the market-leading website and online marketing solution for the event market. The vast amount of event-centric functionality allows organisers to promote their brands throughout the year via efficient online marketing tools and feature-rich websites.

A product specifically designed for the exhibition industry, SHOWOFF was built by our inhouse development team who continue to improve and innovate with ideas from the ASP team and client suggestions. SHOWOFF integrates with other systems i.e. registration, data management, with minimum disruption to the client, ensuring a smooth and improved service to exhibitors and visitors.

• Organisers increase their revenue and achieve a high ROI through the new sponsorship opportunities that SHOWOFF’s functionality provides.
• Exhibitors increase exposure to their target audience before the show opens without increasing their expenditure, raising the value of the exhibition marketing spend.

Features
SHOWOFF really does have too many features to mention here, but below are some of the key modules our clients get most benefit from:

Email Marketing Suite - this module allows the clients to send html or text emails to pre-registered data, exhibitors or other internal lists and track how many are received, opened and actioned.

Search Engine Optimisation - add keywords, metatags and site descriptions to automatically register your site with a number of search engines and maximise your search engine ratings. This increases the likelihood of your target market finding the site, spending time on it and registering to visit.

Online and co-branded registration - the content-rich website increases online registrations and this module also gives the opportunity for registration to be sponsored increasing revenue for the client.

Exhibitor Zones - allows the exhibitor password protected access to input an entry onto the event website i.e. contact details, company information, product documentation, press releases, case studies. It passes the responsibility of entering information from the organiser to the exhibitor but with the organiser retaining authorisation rights.

Personalised Show Plans - this facility allows the visitor to select the exhibitors they want to visit and produce a floorplan highlighting these companies locations together with a list of exhibitors and any relevant seminars. This also provides a further revenue generation potential through sponsorship.

Visitor Experience - we have a number of features that enhance the visitor experience before and during the event. Visitors can automatically add the dates to their diary, create an event planner and join the visitor meeting service. This service is also known as 'Meet at the bar' and allows the registered contact to see who else has registered and arrange to meet them at the event. These features increase the commitment to the visitor to attend and benefit from all aspects of the event.

Campaign Tracking - this module allows marketers to track all offline and online marketing activities throughout the campaign and for the post show report via a trace to source facility.

Reporting and Analysis - immediate access is available to numerous reports on site activity, email responses etc allowing analysis of the marketing campaign and KPIs following onto timely amendments to planned activities.

A one-day product training session is offered free to new clients - how ever many in the team may need it and to new members as they join. We have also carried out specialist training days on subjects such as email marketing do’s & don’ts and search engine optimisation.

Training – Sales
Product training for the sales team is also available to ensure they are more confident in selling advertising and sponsorship on the website. Some ASP clients have returned impressive profits on their website as a result of this training.

Training – Operations
We work with the operations team to ensure they have the knowledge to assist all exhibitor enquiries that arise from the website. We also sit down and discuss data flow and integrity to ensure they have the right contacts.

Product Development
ASP is continuously developing SHOWOFF and the schedule is revised regularly to ensure that developments are prioritised to maximise the client benefits.
