Welcome to Expoforce Exhibition Services, Barcelona, our BNC base, from which we provide expert staffing and logistical services for exhibition events across Europe. We provide you with a professional multilingual team from superwiser and forklift drivers to forklift vehicles and traffic control systems, we offer a custom-tailored service to each event organizer, and pride ourselves in applying the same high service levels and thorough approach to each project, regardless of scale and complexity.

Event Management
Over the past 10 years, our professional multilingual staff has managed many prestigious trade events in the exhibition calendar including.

Logistical Services
Our logistical services teams are fully skilled to ensure that event organisers and forwarding agents receive an expert service, trouble-shooting any problems during build up and breakdown. Our services include:

• Storage of goods and empties

Comprehensively insured we utilise only the best machinery and equipment available and safety is a watchword for all our staff in the handling of exhibition equipment, in particular, the challenges of working effectively in restricted spaces. Our fully qualified forklift drivers are also completely experienced in working successfully in the unique environment of an exhibition build up.

Staffing Service
In addition to our expert exhibition logistical services, we are probably better known for our widely experienced exhibition personnel :
Expoforce were asked to look after the transport requirements for six exhibitors attending the European Vienna Tech event in October 2006. With shipments coming from the USA, we were able to ensure that every piece of freight was delivered to the respective stands in a timely manner. Half of these companies were some of the largest companies exhibiting at the event. The other smaller companies, managed to benefit from the reduced rates gained by consolidating their freight into larger shipments. As with all of our larger events, we had experienced Germans based on-site personnel at the event to look after the needs of our customers, ensuring that everything ran smoothly for them, as far as transport issues went
