The Christian festival of Easter is celebrated with religious fervor across the world. The ceremonious occasion commemorates the Resurrection of Lord Jesus Christ, three days after the very agonizing crucifixion. Special services are conducted in churches, where people chant hymns and prayers, in the praise of Christ. Through prayers, people confess about their bad deeds, ask forgiveness for their all sins, praise, thank the Almighty for showing his presence everywhere and supporting them through the thick and thin of their lives. O Jesus, King,
Receive my supplication,
And consider my supplication,
As a pledge to you.
For you, O living King,
Have gone forth and gone up,

Death Be Not Proud
