Our mind controls our actions and movement; yet while there are acts we are aware of doing, there are others performed without our knowledge.
We breathe, walk, sit, stand and so on without really being aware of doing so, because these acts are so natural that we do not have to think about them.
Sometimes it happens that some of these movements may be carried out by a person who is asleep. This is because while one part of the mind is at rest, the other part is active.
It is this wakeful part of the mind which has an effect on sleep. The acts of walking and talking are so commonplace that the mind does not need to be aware of doing them. That is why, I disturbed sleep, some walk and talk.
