Chandigarh Carnival Images: Is a three-day long festival celebrated in November at the Leisure Valley in Sector 10. Various cultural events like dancing, singing, etc. are held. It also includes a mega parade. Pick-up and drop services are provided to senior citizens so that they don’t face any inconvenience while coming for the festival.
