A group of retired army personnel take part in laughing yoga sessions at a park in Noida. The first Sunday of May marks the ‘World Laughter Day’ with yoga sessions being held worldwide. Laughter is medically known to improve our immunity towards diseases by triggering the release of a hormone called ‘endorphins’ which induces a natural feel-good feeling and reduces pain,stress, anxiety and improves mood.
