The Guinness World Records world record for the largest beer tasting is 729 and was organized by Alltech Craft Brews & Food Fair (Ireland), in Dublin, Ireland, on 5 February 2016.
Guinness World Records also recognized the world record for the largest beer crate pyramid consisted of 105,995 beer crates and was made by Quandt-Schön Getränkefachhandelsgesellschaft mbH and Radio MV with the help of 60 volunteers in an event organised by Radio MV in Satow, Mecklenburg-Western Pomerania, Germany, as ascertained on 5 June 2011.
Three beers were tasted by attendees who managed to beat the previous Guinness World Records world record of 729 people, which was, until last night, the largest official beer tasting in the world.
The previous record was created by Alltech Craft Brews and Food Fair in Dublin, Ireland, on 5 February.
Peyton told the Publican’s Morning Advertiser (PMA): “It’s really appropriate that we broke this record tonight on the 25th anniversary of the Publican Awards.”
