Photo: Japanese imaging giant Nikon has created a new World Record for the largest-ever human camera while celebrating its 100th anniversary.
The Guinness World Records world record for the largest human image of a fingerprint consists of 313 participants and was achieved by Storebrand Livsforsikring (Norway), in Fornebu, Norway, on 2 April 2016.
Guinness World Records also recognized the world record for the largest human image of a bicycle; it consists of 1,799 people, achieved by Auckland Transport (NZ) in Auckland, New Zealand, on 9 June 2017.
The feat was undertaken by Nital (the official distributor of Nikon in Italy) and Media Italia, where over 1,000 people stood together in different colored T-shirts to create the spectacle.
As Nikon released a load of collectible lenses, cameras, and other items on Sunday, over 1,000 people stood together in different coloured T-shirts around in the courtyard of a beautiful Italian building in a bid to create a human camera.
The feat was undertaken by Nital (the official distributor of Nikon in Italy) and Media Italia.
