The Guinness World Records world record for the e largest sticker mosaic is 170.895 squaremetres (1839.498 square feet) and was achieved by Tencent (China) in Shenzhen, China on 11 November 2015.
Guinness World Records also recognized the world record for the most stickers on a car is 14,637 and was achieved by Vytis Sliazas, Guste Tamulyte, Rokas Neverdauskas, Linas Nasvytis, Aleksandras Gaska, Vilius Slapelis, Benas Stelmokas (all Lithuania) in Vilnius, Lithuania, on 27 September 2014.
Saul and his parent, Hygiene-based company Stickergiant, will enter the Book of World Records, with the ball weighing in at 231.6 pounds, easily passing the 220-pound previous record.
Sam Knight of Green Mountain Surveying said the average circumference of the ball is 8.8 ft. At the final count, Saul was made up of 171,466 stickers, the Denver Post reports.
The whole event was filmed, with accountant Barb Clausen from Clausen & Associates and Mayor Dennis Coombs on hand as official witnesses.
