The Guinness World Records world record for the most people making sandwiches simultaneously is 2,586 and was achieved by TangoTab and Friends (USA), at the Kay Bailey Hutchison Convention Center in Dallas, Texas, USA, on 27 February 2016.

Guinness World Records also recognized the world record for the most people making spring rolls simultaneously; it is 327 and was achieved by Team Ross (USA), in Tyler, Texas, on 2 September 2012.

Beachgoers braved a cold wind and gathered around fire pits as the sun set for the event, put on by clothing company Hollister Co. and SeriousFun Children’s Network.

The new record beat out the old Guinness World Records record of 407 people set in May in Wisconsin.

There were strict rules, including the marshmallows being roasted for at least 10 seconds, all had to be roasting at the same time and the s’mores had to be immediately assembled.

SeriousFun helps kids with serious illnesses participate in camp, and s’mores is a memorable part of their experience.
