ABOUT MOHIT THUKRAL
Mohit Thukral is an avid Marathon Runner (21 Kms & 42 Kms) who improved his running stamina by 1000% in less than a year and also certified as Yoga Expert by Morarji Desai National Institute of Yoga (institute that conducted first World Yoga Day with over 35000 live participants on 21.06.2015). He has run several marathons like Airtel Delhi Half Marathon, Pune Run, CRPF Run, Devil’s Circuit, etc. He has authored a book on Health & Fitness – Eat What You Want & Lose Weight reviewed by Health & Sports Professionals (available at amazon.in) and writing 2 more books – Dreams Never Die & My 7 Girlfriends in 2016.
