Greetings to all. I’m Amrita Lohia, both a power yoga and transformation yoga trainer. First and foremost, let’s get over the misconception of treating yoga as just another workout. I am here to show you that yoga is more than just attaining that magazine figure! It’s about getting stronger, getting away from our stressed life, recharging for a beautiful tomorrow and above all, connecting with your inner self. There’s no periphery to the good this ancient art can do to you. Moving on to the elements of yoga, the major asanas we would be working on are Utthita Trikonasana ( Trikonasana-2), Akarna Dhanurasana, Setu Bandha Sarvangasana, Paschimottanasana, Garudasana, salabhasana, Trikonasana – 1, Padahastasana, Ushtrasana, Sasangasana, Medidation, Matsyasana and Sarvangasana. Yes, I know that sounds more of a stress maker than a breaker but trust me, try it for a week and we’ll have a deal! I am also a trainer at Raahgiri Delhi group. Of course you deserve to know how worthy the trainer who makes promises of a rejuvenated life is, so as for my most valuable procurement, I have been recognized as the best student at the yoga Teacher Training program.
